WOW - We had a FANTASTIC first day and I wanted
to say Thank You to the 2 Paul's for a super job explaining
their Short Sale System to a starving crowd hungry for short
sale strategies that actually work.
From the opening bell to the final question of the day
it was non-stop content. .
Paul #2 shared the one strategy that gets 80% of your
short sales approved vs the common method taught by
the so called Gurus.
The marketing session had live examples of What Works
Now and What doesn't - including a secret tool that is producing
a 20% response rate.
Read That Again! - I said a 20% response rate.
Paul #1 provided his Step By Step process for providing a
professional package to the Loss Mitigation Department that
will clearly set you apart from the competition.
The last 30 minutes were spent covering exactly how to handle
Loss Mitigators that is guaranteed to have them working on your
files and ignoring the others.
And this was just day #1.
A NEW Addition to my family.
While I was gone my wife brought home a beautiful blond
baby girl that has already won a special place in our hearts.
