Last nights call with my one of my first mentor's was
very cool for me because I was able to relive a lot of
memories from the point of looking back on Hind site.

Hind site from the standpoint that if I had not learned
how to pick up houses Subject To from Bill I would
not be where I am today.

If I had not learned how to get rid of houses fast by
Lease Options I would not be writing this today.

If I had not been able to learn to protect my assets from Bill
I would not have been where I am today.

If he had not been able to explain it to me in simple, plain
