The Patriots WIn!

Last night there was a game played out in front
of millions of people across the nation but
hidden away in a dark room lies the beginning
of a mystery that will take shape and begin to
form a life of it' own that will cause many to believe a lie.

The Patriots Win? Who would believe that? Well, every year the NFL has to create enough shirts and hats for each team playing in the playoffs, declaring the winner. The problem is that the losing team, and the rest of the people in the US, can never see the merchandise declaring them the winner.


As the game draws to a close the workers hurry
to secure the items declaring the winning team as
victorious, wrap them in boxes, and whisks them away
so they will never land on US soil.

The items are then shipped to an impoverished nation
that is desperate for clothing.

The items and the people of the village have no idea that
the Patriots lost - but they will come to celebrate this
"victory" as The Truth. Some may even fight you if you
declare them as having false information for the shirt and
cap told them so.

Real Estate Investing is a lot like that. The Guru comes in
from out of town and tells them what they believe to be true,
until the wrong form is used and they end up in court.

The Only Way To Invest

The Only Way To Invest is given as a Directive rather than a
suggestion and even then the Theory is just that, something that
sounds good but does not work in the street. The Guru must
be correct, they fly him all over the country, right?

Like the people who believe the Patriots won - The Guru
must speak the gospel, right? The problem is that they have
no clue how to invest in Today's Real Estate Investing and
most of the ways they discuss and train are outdated at best.
